Trust and methodology

Evidence first. Boundaries visible. Corrections expected.

These standards govern Ethon's public hospital-operations resources. They explain who the content is for, which claims require evidence, where human review enters, and what Ethon will not present as fact.

01

Scope before prose

Ethon publishes administrative and operational material about appointment recovery, patient access, follow-up coordination, waitlist backfill, voice automation, and human escalation. We do not publish diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency guidance, or patient-specific medical advice.

02

Primary sources first

Healthcare, privacy, regulatory, and platform claims should be supported by current official documents, peer-reviewed research, or direct product evidence. Secondary sources can provide context, but they do not replace the underlying evidence when a primary source is available.

03

Hospital-owned assumptions

No-show rates, slot values, recoverable shares, conversion rates, and financial outcomes vary by hospital. We label examples as hypothetical and keep scheduled capacity, bookings, completed attendance, billing, contribution, and collected revenue as separate measures.

04

Review and correction

Operational frameworks are reviewed for scope, unsupported claims, workflow boundaries, escalation, and attribution. Fast-changing pages include a review date. Material errors should be corrected promptly, with the page updated rather than quietly leaving obsolete guidance in place.

05

AI-assisted drafting

AI may assist research organization, outlines, editing, structured data, and draft generation. Human review remains required before publishing. We reject fabricated sources, invented customer outcomes, fake integrations, unsupported certifications, and pages created only by swapping keywords or locations.

Publication gate

A draft is not a published claim.

Research, content drafts, calculators, and programmatic pages remain review artifacts until their sources, scope, calculations, metadata, and operational boundaries are approved.

  • Every source resolves to the claim it supports
  • Every metric identifies its owner and denominator
  • Every automated workflow includes a human exception path
  • Every programmatic page provides standalone value
  • Every correction can be traced to a dated update

Report a correction or challenge a claim.

Send the page URL, the statement in question, and the supporting source to hello@ethon.tech. Operational frameworks should improve when better evidence or implementation experience becomes available.
